Hon. Xavier Sosu recounts his life on the street

Member of Parliament for Madina Constituency Honorable Francise Xavier Sosu has given a chilling account about his days on the street as life heavily lash him at the back.

Breaking down the details, the honorable member said that he took up residence and slept in kiosk on the street of Madina for many years, adding that the only means he could survive is to engage in petty trading.

He continued that his life in school, particularly from basic through to the senior high school was dependent on his petty trading as he has to sell on the street for life support since there was no helper.

At his SHS level, he said that he had to hide from his mate when selling on the street to avoid intimidation and teasing, particularly because he was the senior Boys Prefects.

As days and time run out, the heat of life kept striking hard as his business could no longer meet the demands from school and the family, which necessitated a drop out from school.

He noted that he was nearly forced entirely out of education until the timely intervention of Village of Hope Orphanage, which allowed him to further his education through to the university.

His book titled ” Homeless” written after he completed law school took a center stage for the establishment of his law firm FS Law and Associate, indicating that he had go round selling the book.
