The Minister responsible for Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, has dismissed claims by former Health Minister Kwaku Agyeman-Manu that no action has been taken in the Sputnik V case.
Speaking on the PM Express program on Joy News on March 10,2026, the minister said that there are two dockets concerning the former minister, adding that he was arrested, questioned and cautioned.
According to the minister, two case dockets have been prepared against the former Health Minister and will soon be presented in court for charges related to the Sputnik V vaccine case.
He further stated that investigations into the Sputnik V vaccine case uncovered possible financial loss to the state and breaches of procurement laws.
