Nana Gyesi Owusu, popularly known as Barrista Ignatius in a satirical courtroom comedy series Kejetia vs Makola, has officially been called to the bar, making his entry into the legal profession.
Kejetia vs Makola is one of Ghana’s hilarious comedy series that started from 2017. The series focused on the comic rivalry between two types of lawyers, a professional lawyer from Makola and self-acclaimed lawyer from Kejetia.
Nana Gyesi Owusu played the role as a professional lawyer and council member for Makola in the comedy series.
He has officially been awarded the certificate to practice law, joining other qualified lawyers at the Ghana School of Law.”
