The Bhim Nation President, Livingstone Etse Satekla widely known as Sonebwoy has contributed $101m to support the Black Stars in the upcoming world cup, set to kick start on June 11,2026.
The Black Stars secured a spot in the 2026 world cup after topping it group with 25 points from ten matches. Among preparation towards the tournament, the stars are scheduled to play four international friendly games.
Government through the Ministry of Sports and Recreation and in collaboration with GFA have launched a fundraising initiative to support the Black Stars in the tournament and the international friendly games.
Speaking at the event, the famous artist said that he has released a song worth of $20,000 for the Black Stars and ready to donate an additional $81,000 to support the national team at the world stage.
He further urged his followers and the entire nation to contribute to the initiative.
